The Performance Specialist

 

A product of Tampa, Florida. Attended Armwood High School '05-'09 as a dual-sport athlete in Football and Track, a 1st team All-Conference Wide receiver Who was a game changer at Returner and Backup QuarterBack. I played D1 Collegiate Football at the University of Delaware, where I graduated with Bachelors in Health and Nutrition, minored in Coaching in 2014. At Delaware, I was a 5yr letter winner, 1st team All-Conference Special Teams Returner and finished 8th in the Nation for yards per Punt Return avg. 

 

I currently train with Elite 1st Round NFL Draft Picks, Top Collegiate Programs, Nations Best Highschool athletes, and Advanced Youth Athletes. Background Training in Track & Field Events Sprints, Jumps, and Hurdles. Also knowledgeable in military special forces based training and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
